Regional Sales Manager

Congo Brands is at the forefront of consumer-centric product development, leveraging partnerships with influential brands to stay ahead of market trends. As a Regional Account Manager, you will drive strategy and execution within assigned regional accounts, achieving volume and distribution goals for our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies for regional and local chains within assigned territories
* Collaborate with decision-makers to implement programs and initiatives
* Ensure area compliance with national corporate mandates and optional programs
* Manage volume targets, spending budgets, and overall results within assigned territories
* Maintain local market/region pricing consistency with national standards
* Work with Field Sales Organization to ensure in-store standards
Requirements
* 5 years of experience managing regional or national accounts, preferably in the beverage industry
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Existing knowledge of regional off-premise chains within assigned territories
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
* Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
