**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Strategist to join our team in the Southwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**What We Offer:

**Location:
