Regional Pain Management Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote our surgical pain management products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives, building relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH SURGEONS, PHYSICIANS, AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
- CLOSE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND GENERATE NEW CUSTOMER LEADS
- BE IN THE FIELD AT LEAST 4.5 DAYS EACH WEEK COMMUNICATING WITH CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least four years of demonstrated success in sales, with at least two of those years in medical sales
- Understanding of the hospital/ASC buying process, including the role of GPOs, IDNs, and distributors
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
**Salary:** $100,000 - $140,000 per year (depending on experience)
