About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing properties in accordance with our standards and procedures, as well as the Management Agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage properties to achieve financial results, operating objectives, and client and tenant satisfaction.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their investment objectives and develop property-specific strategic plans.
  • Oversee the implementation of approved initiatives and programs by managing the property team.
  • Maintain strong communication with building owners and tenants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing a team of three (3) or more people.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real Estate License is required within the first six months of assuming the position.
  • Must maintain active accreditation once earned.

Estimated Total Compensation

$108,900.00 – $163,900.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
