Key Responsibilities for Administrative Operations Supervisor:
1. Oversee and manage daily tasks and operational workflows, ensuring efficiency in ongoing projects and employee development.
2. Provide leadership and continuous professional growth opportunities for the department, enhancing training initiatives.
3. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and self-directed workgroups through effective training methodologies.
4. Work closely with the Office Administrative Director and/or Director of Legal Assistant Services to ensure optimal daily operations and task assignments for legal teams.
5. Assess operational support needs for new cases and overall case management.
6. Conduct regular meetings with attorneys to evaluate support requirements for new matters and overall case management.
7. Consult with attorneys to ensure effective daily and long-term workflow and task distribution among legal teams.
8. Recommend and implement procedural improvements to upper management.
9. Monitor attendance, overtime, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
10. Collaborate with the Office Administrative Director and/or Director of Legal Assistant Services to prepare and oversee departmental budgets and expenditures.
11. Assist in coordinating workspace and review areas.
12. Manage legal assistant staffing in conjunction with supervisors and managers across various offices.
13. Supervise employee performance and provide guidance for problem resolution.

Qualifications for Administrative Operations Supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant administrative management experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising teams.
- Familiarity with essential firm software applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Working knowledge of litigation processes and corporate transactions, with experience in litigation support/legal technology.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, coordinate, and implement projects and change management initiatives.
- Current understanding of industry best practices, trends, and methodologies.
- Capacity to execute instructions and firm policies with authority.
- Ability to manage complex issues requiring independent judgment and discretion.
