This is a full-time, on-site role that involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our HR functions. Key duties include:

  • Collaborating on the design and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Facilitating payroll processing to guarantee accurate and timely salary and benefits distribution.
  • Overseeing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, while addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding processes, which encompass job postings, resume evaluations, interviews, and new hire orientations.
  • Managing employee inquiries and concerns, effectively resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Supporting the performance evaluation and coaching processes by developing materials and providing guidance to managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and assisting in the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining HR documentation and databases, generating reports, and advising leadership on HR metrics as required.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of professional experience in human resources within a corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Experience in talent management and employee development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulations and employment standards in the financial services sector.
