Job Summary

This role will report to the HR Manager and the Controller, and will provide administrative support to executives with scheduling, coordinating, maintaining records, and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Organize and maintain files and data, ensuring accurate and timely records retention
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including benefits registration and recruiting
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools
