Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at The Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine Inc. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, veterinarians, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless care and resolution of any issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing details.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure the highest level of care and service to our clients and their pets.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or medical office setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and medical records systems.
