About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Accounting Software Strategist to join our team at Ramp. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with top accounting software and ERP providers, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and Xero.

Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through client referrals from these partners, while also developing and executing strategies to deepen our partnerships and expand our reach in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner sales, business development, or channel partnerships, with a proven track record of managing key accounting software partners and growing verticals via these partners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel frequently to support revenue-generating activities across each of your partners, and contribute to the strategy of the team by creating new processes and ideas for Accounting Software and ERPs.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in partner sales, business development, or channel partnerships, with a minimum of 3 years working directly with NetSuite, Sage, or other top accounting software and ERP solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and run long-term account plans
  • Background at top accounting firms (either as a consultant or CPA) or management consulting firms
  • Ability to discuss Ramp's value proposition with the most influential decision-makers and executives at Accounting Software and ERP partners
