The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional service to members and potential members of BayPort Credit Union's insurance division.
Key Responsibilities- Assist insurance sales agents with billing, claims, policy issuance follow-up, documentation, and other related tasks.
- Perform basic office administrative functions and handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to member inquiries and requests via verbal and written correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support sales goals and referral efforts by quoting new business when necessary and cultivating member relationships.
- Adhere to BayPort Credit Union's Core Values: Integrity, Be Bold, Communication, Diversity, Innovation, It's On Me, and One Team.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the insurance service industry.
- Acceptable credit rating and criminal background check.
