Position Overview

In-Office Role

Stillwater Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our Claims Department. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with document requests related to claim files.
  • Manage vendor payments and stop payment requests.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in PC operations and typing skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
  • Accurate data entry and document routing to our systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ability to operate high-speed scanners, printers, and postage meters as required.

Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
