**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Claims Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming complaints and/or claims, investigating and mitigating claim losses, and ensuring claim resolution on behalf of the division.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage incoming complaints and/or claims received from customers

• Investigate and help mitigate claim losses

• Ensure claim resolution on behalf of the division

• Communicate with customers to request information or provide status on claim resolution

• Collaborate with the Client Service team to ensure follow-up with claim communication and payment processing

• Work closely with the manager on claims that are of high value or disputed by customers to find resolution

• Monitor individual claims inventory to ensure up-to-date status of all claims

• Document accurate information and data for use in statistical reports prepared for management

• Support on inventory discrepancy investigations and resolutions

• Communicate opportunities with the warehouse operations team and follow up on completion of corrective actions

• Audit warehouse adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods is a plus

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to analyze information
