Stillwater Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our Claims Department. This role is essential in managing various administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing claim file document requests and vendor payments.
  • Handle stop payments and other assigned duties as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in PC operations and possess strong keyboarding skills.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
  • Capable of accurate and efficient data entry, including routing and indexing documents within our systems.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Familiarity with operating high-speed scanners, printers, and postage meters as necessary.

Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
