Job Summary:

eTeam Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mail Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Mail Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mail services, including the receipt and distribution of incoming mail, as well as the processing of outgoing mail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mail Receipt and Distribution: Receive and sort incoming mail, ensuring that it is delivered to the correct departments in a timely manner.
  • Mail Processing: Process outgoing mail using a Client DM1000 mail processor, ensuring that it is properly labeled and dispatched.
  • Package Tracking: Log package details for all parcel deliveries into the Arrival Tracking System, and ensure that packages are delivered to the correct destination.
  • Hand Deliveries: Ensure that all hand deliveries are expeditiously and properly delivered.
  • Off-Site Storage: Coordinate off-site storage requests for various departments.
  • Courier Services: Arrange and coordinate courier/messenger orders daily for all departments.
  • Express Packages: Process daily express packages using the express shipping computers.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Ensure that the work area is well maintained and organized.
  • Customer Interface: Interface with international and domestic courier representatives, as well as internal customers.
  • Extended Hours: Be available for extended hours to process payments to our distributors and special fulfillment's as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months of mail services experience.
  • Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, strong customer service skills, ability to function as an effective team member, ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity, proficient in Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.

Physical Demands:

  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
  • Manual Dexterity: Manual dexterity required.
