Work Schedule: Full-Time

Role Summary: Under minimal supervision, your primary responsibilities will include guiding and supporting Radiology technologists in performing imaging procedures in accordance with hospital protocols, transmitting images for diagnostic review, and ensuring the hospital's information system is updated with the status of these examinations. You will adhere to age-specific protocols while embodying the principles of AdventHealth. You will actively engage in exceptional customer service and maintain respectful relationships with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will review and critique Radiology examinations as necessary.

Your Contributions to the Team:

Formulate and implement strategic marketing initiatives and budgets to achieve established branding, volume, market share, and service line objectives. Address customer service challenges promptly and courteously, communicating relevant issues to your supervisor.

Demonstrate proficiency in the operation and utilization of specific imaging equipment and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.

Monitor and assess patients during examinations in line with established guidelines.

Collaborate closely with on-duty radiologists to ensure a seamless patient flow through the department.

As a lead, you will focus on team dynamics, conducting rounds with staff to assess needs and identify growth and development opportunities.

Take an active role in departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience and employee engagement.

Qualifications Required:

· Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field

· Minimum of two years of experience as a Radiology technologist

· Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R)

· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

· Valid state license where applicable
