Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Brand Ambassador to join our team at Compass Group. This role is essential in enhancing customer interactions and promoting our brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome and assist clients, including walk-ins and event participants, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Service Guidance: Provide customers with information about our services and facilitate introductions to ongoing retail initiatives.
  • Support and Assistance: Address customer inquiries regarding our products and services, directing them to appropriate resources when necessary.
  • Transaction Management: Process customer purchases using our point-of-sale system, adhering to established procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve basic payment and inventory concerns while addressing customer feedback.
  • Mail and Inventory Management: Receive and organize mail and packages, collaborating with management to oversee inventory.
  • Technology Utilization: Employ various tools and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications

Prior experience in retail, customer service, or as a brand ambassador is preferred. Training will be provided for the point-of-sale system.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay: $26.00 per hour
