THE ROLE


As a key member of our Brand Ambassador team, you will represent a prestigious family-owned spirits brand, showcasing extensive knowledge of their diverse product range.

Your role will involve acting as a vital extension of the sales and marketing teams, enhancing brand visibility through influential programs and participating in significant national trade events across various channels.



ABOUT YOU

You will serve as the public face of the brand across consumer, trade, and digital platforms.

In collaboration with the On-Premise team, you will play a pivotal role in disseminating the brand message and nurturing enduring relationships with consumers, trade professionals, and distributor partners.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - FOCUSING ON 'CONSUMER FIRST'


Work collaboratively with TEAM leadership, commercial teams, advocacy, and customer marketing to implement brand strategies through various initiatives.

Engage with on and off-premise partners to devise innovative solutions that promote business growth for our brands.

Enhance brand recognition while educating trade partners and key customers by bringing brand initiatives to life (e.g., social media campaigns, events, training sessions, etc.).


Manage a portfolio of key accounts.

Prioritize trade and consumer education to foster recommendations.

Utilize social media creatively to engage both trade and consumers organically.

Promote trade and consumer initiatives through various social media platforms.

Collect market insights from social media and competitors to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.

Lead projects and propose innovative ideas that provide our client's portfolio with a competitive edge and maximize return on investment.


Deliver educational and engaging brand programming that connects with on and off trade & key customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience as a bar manager, beverage director, or on-premise consultant, with a minimum of 7 years in the hospitality sector.

Brand ambassador experience and/or brand consultancy experience is highly desirable.

A deep passion for the hospitality industry and a solid understanding of competitive dynamics within your brand category.

Experience in drink styling and related media production is advantageous.

Thorough knowledge of cocktail development and the ability to provide drink consultancy for key customers.

Comprehensive understanding of the on-premise landscape and the ability to leverage partnerships to drive commercial success.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse audiences.

Demonstrated proficiency in delivering compelling presentations to various stakeholders, including executives and partners.


Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).

Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY – OWN YOUR OUTCOMES

Ensure timely delivery of program objectives within budget constraints.

Accurately report all financial transactions to the Advocacy leadership team promptly.

Utilize reporting tools to plan, manage, and communicate all field activities.

Provide comprehensive recaps of all events in a timely manner.
