Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team at HALO. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our Sales leaders and collaborating with fellow Account Managers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product research and make recommendations to clients
  • Organize client presentations and ensure timely delivery
  • Obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product Suppliers
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturers and clients via phone and email
  • Coordinate the ordering and return of samples for client presentations
  • Enter sales orders via our proprietary system
  • Coordinate client review and approval of proofs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of basic business math and ability to work with numbers
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
