Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and executing both short-term and long-term strategies to enhance service delivery.
  2. Acting as a vital link between customers, production, and sales teams.
  3. Coordinating the production, manufacturing, and distribution processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborating with the sales department on pre-sale development, including pricing and proposal preparation.
  5. Completing pre-production order specification forms with detailed job parameters.
  6. Maintaining regular communication with clients to gather feedback on workflow, shipment schedules, and product updates.
  7. Handling customer inquiries regarding account status, product details, and pricing.
  8. Confirming purchase orders with the relevant personnel.
  9. Updating the production schedule daily and noting any changes.
  10. Responding to technical inquiries from customers and sales staff.
  11. Utilizing knowledge of the company's operations to meet client needs effectively.
  12. Creating and maintaining comprehensive customer files with necessary documentation.
  13. Overseeing the return process for parcels as needed.
  14. Performing additional duties as assigned.
