Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing both short-term and long-term strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Acting as a vital link between customers, production, and sales teams.
- Coordinating the production, manufacturing, and distribution processes to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales department on pre-sale development, including pricing and proposal preparation.
- Completing pre-production order specification forms with detailed job parameters.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to gather feedback on workflow, shipment schedules, and product updates.
- Handling customer inquiries regarding account status, product details, and pricing.
- Confirming purchase orders with the relevant personnel.
- Updating the production schedule daily and noting any changes.
- Responding to technical inquiries from customers and sales staff.
- Utilizing knowledge of the company's operations to meet client needs effectively.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive customer files with necessary documentation.
- Overseeing the return process for parcels as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
