Office Administrator

As a key member of the Conserva Irrigation team, you will be responsible for the general operation of our office. This includes answering incoming phone calls, working in our CRM enterprise software to schedule customers, invoicing through QB Online, and commencing the initial sales process with our proven sales training.

You will also be responsible for purchasing office supplies, taking proper inventory, and maintaining databases such as Contact Management System and Access. Additionally, you will manage customer mailings, incoming mail, and email, as well as update and manage various reports and programs.

This role requires 2+ years of experience in office administration, outstanding organizational skills, and exposure to customized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
