Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support the administrative functions of Georgina Home Care LLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, including handling communications, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and update patient and employee information in our CareSmartz System and Sandata, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance and Maintenance: Assist with compliance paperwork and projects, maintain confidential electronic and physical files, and perform Sandata maintenance for billing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
