Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, training sessions, and appointments- ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, track data, and generate reports as needed to support the Director's initiatives
  • Google Calendar Management: Oversee and update the Google Calendar for the Director, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling efficiency. Coordinate with the Management Team
  • CRM Updates: Regularly update and maintain CRM platforms to ensure all client and training information is current and accurate
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for training sessions, including presentations, handouts, and other materials as needed
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Director, including correspondence, meeting preparation, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a real estate or training environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office - Must work with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a positive attitude
