In this position, you will serve as the welcoming and professional face of our organization, greeting all visitors and clients, and being an integral part of our Records & Receptions team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and check in all visitors and clients at the clinic.
- Gather health insurance details, manage co-payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Respond to clinic phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining client Electronic Health Records (EHR) by updating charts and scanning documents.
- Ensure that client billing and health insurance information is accurate and current.
- Oversee general office maintenance, including requesting repairs, ordering supplies, and coordinating office tasks.
- Provide coverage for other clinic locations as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Prior office experience, particularly in a healthcare environment, along with strong computer skills is essential.
- Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is required. Please indicate language proficiency in your application.
