Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

DCS Corp is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to senior managers and members of the organizational staff, including researching and compiling information, reviewing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) packages, and preparing written communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to 2-letter Director, including taking multiple calls, scheduling meetings, and managing executive requests.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks for a group of executive professionals, including creating reports and itineraries, overseeing daily activities, and developing meeting agendas.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Perform minor accounting duties.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage the multiple leaderships calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Requirements
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • A High School Diploma plus 13 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
  • Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance.
  • Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 12 years of experience in the respective professional discipline being performed, five of which are in the DoD.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB.
