Job Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Associate to facilitate the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing and sales initiatives for Stryker products. The primary goal is to achieve budgeted objectives while maximizing profitability and sales volume.

Key Duties Include:

  • Supporting Sales Representatives in the promotion and sales of Stryker products.
  • Educating healthcare professionals on the proper usage and maintenance of Stryker products, including updates and changes to the product portfolio.
  • Conducting product evaluations in operating rooms and clinical settings.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of trade shows and clinical meetings.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the regional manager regarding territory progress.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving product-related issues promptly.
  • Managing a sample inventory of products and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an external sales role, preferably in medical fields.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
  • Completion of in-house product training and field sales training.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
