Human Resources Systems Specialist

At ASCAP, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Systems Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing essential support to key functional processes and programs across all Human Resources operational areas.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong working knowledge of Namely and/or similar HRIS platforms. They will also possess strong analytical and project management skills, as well as high proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Salary Range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000, and will be determined on an individualized basis depending on several factors, including geographic location, skills, education, and prior relevant experience.

Job Description:
  • Systems, Reporting & Data Analytics:
    • Provide subject matter expertise on internal HRIS, Namely, and Learning Management system, Absorb.
    • Create, maintain, and ideate standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis of ASCAP employee and organization data.
  • Operations, Benefits & Administrative Support:
    • Ensure effective processes, workflows, and system dependencies are in place to support HR operations.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements, promote and support efficiencies and compliance needs.
