Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will coordinate routine tasks related to human resource programs, including performance management, disciplinary matters, complaints and investigations, data management, and more. This is an exempt position with a salary of $75,000 - $76,500 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Director with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department
  2. Oversee talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
  3. Conduct initial inquiry process for cases that may lead to Progressive Disciplinary actions
  4. Generate reports to determine and update accrual rates for eligible employees
  5. Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local employment and payroll laws
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience with a concentration in employee relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English required; Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
