We are looking for a talented Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team at ASCAP. As an HRIS Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our human resources data, ensuring that our systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
">">Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and ideating standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis of ASCAP employee and organization data, as well as managing a full spectrum of information system support, including time off, address changes, and tax form requests.
">">With a strong background in HR and a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for finding new and innovative ways to ensure the integrity of our human resources systems, reporting, and analytics, adding value and driving HR functional effectiveness.
