Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the value, vision, and offerings of CPI Security Systems to prospective clients
  • Independently generate leads and exceed sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Regularly schedule and conduct client meetings
  • Enhance product presentations to drive sales
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve targets

What You Will Receive:

  • $60,000 to $90,000 in average annual earnings
  • Base salary complemented by commissions and a $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • Company-provided equipment and a fuel card

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in outside sales is advantageous
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of integrity and work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities
  • Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
