Insurance Sales Specialist (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
Correll Insurance Group is seeking to enhance our sales capabilities and has an immediate opening for a full-time P&C/L&H Insurance Sales Specialist.


Position Summary:
The Insurance Sales Specialist is a driven individual who aims to grow their insurance sales team. This role requires an energetic professional dedicated to fostering business growth through exceptional customer service and sales-oriented discussions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through leads and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.
  • Comprehensively understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide essential client documentation, checklists, and applications for both new and renewal business.
  • Excel in building and nurturing relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and education.
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possession of a Property & Casualty Insurance License and/or Life & Health Insurance License is preferred but not mandatory. We prioritize finding the right candidate who is eager to learn and leverage their communication skills.
  • If not already licensed, candidates must secure a Property and Casualty Insurance License within six months of employment. Correll will assist with course scheduling and cover application and licensing fees, as well as bi-annual license renewal costs.
  • A genuine willingness to learn, along with being intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and upbeat demeanor.
  • Ability to initiate relationships from scratch.
  • A strong work ethic and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • A successful background in sales.

Work Arrangement:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
