Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Sales Representative for Interventional Spine, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling Stryker's Interventional Spine products to strategically meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in various settings, effectively demonstrating the value of our offerings. By monitoring your assigned territory's progress, you will share successes with your Sales Representatives, continually striving to exceed established goals. During client interactions, your extensive product knowledge and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in addressing inquiries and educating healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our products. Your dedication to outstanding service and readiness to assist clients will be essential. In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, finding satisfaction in promoting Stryker products that enhance healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or business-to-business environments is preferred

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 20% travel is expected. A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Medium work: occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and/or frequently lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements, along with the ability to grasp objects and meet cognitive demands related to visual and auditory discrimination, memory, and reading

Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to exercise discretion and autonomy in applying professional skills
  • Effective time management and project handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain detailed records, and uphold confidentiality
  • Skilled in presenting to large groups
  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity in a competitive environment
