Security Solutions Sales Specialist

CPI Security Systems, a leading provider in the security and automation industry, is actively seeking a Business Security Sales Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on engaging with clients to fulfill their security and automation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicating the value, vision, and offerings of CPI Security Systems to prospective clients
- Independently generating leads and exceeding sales objectives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Regularly scheduling and attending client meetings
- Enhancing product presentations to drive sales
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager and team to achieve goals
What You Will Receive:
- $60,000 to $90,000 in average annual earnings
- A base salary complemented by commissions and a $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Company-provided equipment and a fuel card

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous
- Self-motivated, driven, and possessing a strong sense of integrity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities
- Attention to detail with sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
