Business Development Representative III

Job Summary:
Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative III to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with our current vendor database to grow relationships with underserved dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a strong understanding of Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc.'s value proposition to engage with and re-engage with underserved dealers.
- Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
- Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts to effectively communicate with dealers.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the targeted audience.
- Ability to persist despite slow and uncertain progress.
- Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation.
- Create a sense of comfort and familiarity to build rapport.

- Communicate ideas to Digital Center leaders on ways to improve the lead generation process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Responsible for the training of new BDRs.
- Act as the team lead for BDR I, BDR II, and BDR III team members.
- Continue to develop understanding of Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc.'s origination process.
- Assist the Sr Manager of Digital Sales, Key Account Program Manager, and Manager of Digital Sales as needed on the sales/origination process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent job experience).
- 1-2 years' experience in lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully generate sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc.'s Value Proposition.
- Knowledge of the dealer application process.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Payroll Systems; Project Management Software.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Continually required to sit.
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Continually required to talk or hear.
- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 10 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary will be between $40,000.00 and $55,800.00 with an opportunity to earn a monthly incentive. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) and matching, paid time off, company-paid life insurance, employee assistance program, training and development opportunities, and employee discounts.
