Lead Restoration Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including auditing job files, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in hiring and training office employees
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
  • Verify and analyze financial reports and key measurements
  • Manage staffing and compensation plans
  • Ensure fulfillment of training and development plans for all divisions
  • Oversee performance management and documentation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of office, accounting, HR, or customer service management experience
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn new software, including proprietary software and Xactimate estimating software
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Work Environment:
  • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
  • Vary between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., as business demands
Compensation:

$22 to $25 per hour, based on experience, with full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and paid vacations.
