About the Role

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead our utility-scale solar projects from planning to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Oversee project execution, including construction, procurement, and logistics, to ensure compliance with project plans and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including cost, schedule, and quality risks, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in field construction management, including supervisory skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong understanding of project management control systems, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
  • Ability to travel extensively, including lengthy jobsite-based assignments in remote or rural areas.
