Position Summary

We are in search of a Project Execution Manager to enhance our EPC and Engineering division. This pivotal role requires a solid foundation in construction and engineering, enabling the management of essential suppliers and contractors throughout the project execution stage, ensuring successful integration into Linea Energy's operational framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale solar, battery storage, and wind energy projects.
  • Define and manage LNTP activities leading up to project financial closure.
  • Assist the Project Finance lead and project team in reaching financial closure by overseeing deliverables from the EPC Contractor and Owner Furnished Equipment Supplier during the Pre-Construction phase.
  • Direct the EPC Contractor from FNTP to Final Completion, ensuring project delivery is of high quality, completed on schedule, and within budget. This includes daily contract management, pay application review and approval, change order negotiations, and coordination of construction loan draws.
  • Engage and manage a third-party onsite construction manager.
  • Supervise Owner Furnished Equipment Suppliers during project execution to align design, scheduling, logistics, installation, and commissioning efforts.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management and O&M teams to ensure a seamless transition of project assets into the operational phase.
  • Manage the interconnection agreement and liaise with the relevant Transmission Service Provider to guarantee timely service initiation and commissioning.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a small team environment within a growing organization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; a graduate degree is highly favored.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or construction, with at least 3 years in solar development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with leadership across diverse cultures, both internally and externally.
  • Possess a strategic long-term perspective while maintaining a focus on immediate actions, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
