Business Development Director

Citron Hygiene is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales strategy and execute plans in specific vertical markets and geographical areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new revenue and logos, managing customer accounts, and ensuring Citron's strong footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote Citron Hygiene products and services to prospects
  • Manage existing client relationships and grow portfolio revenue
  • Use Salesforce CRM and other company systems to effectively manage pipelines and report activity
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in national/major account sales
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel locally
  • Strong sales skills, business acumen, and analytical skills
