About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our acquisition team at Alliance Animal Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our company's rapid growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities within the veterinary industry
  • Establish relationships with practice owners, trade show attendees, and industry professionals
  • Collect financial information from practice owners and participate in offer presentations
  • Secure Letters of Intent and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in distribution, product sales, and/or capital equipment sales
  • Animal Health experience and extensive industry contacts are strongly preferred
  • Ability to explain complex financial matters in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
