Business Development Director

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our nationwide expansion. As a Business Development Manager at Skilled Wound Care, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy by forging essential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities.
Your ImpactYour success will not only drive revenue but will also enhance the lives of countless patients in need of specialized wound care.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and assess potential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities within your assigned territories.
- Engaging Proposal Development: Create persuasive, customized proposals that highlight Skilled Wound Care's exceptional value and service offerings, tailored to meet the unique needs of each facility.
- Building Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers in skilled nursing facilities, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in wound care solutions.
- Achieving Targets: Set ambitious goals and drive performance to meet and exceed targets for new facility partnerships and revenue growth, contributing to our overall success.
- Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure the seamless implementation of services, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Thorough Record Keeping: Utilize our CRM system to maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions, ensuring transparency and fostering a data-driven approach.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience: 3 - 8 years of proven sales experience required; background in long-term care and wound care sales preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state 4-5 days a week is a must, as you'll be visiting key facilities and building relationships firsthand.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus.
