We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at Drury Hotels Company, LLC in Florence, Kentucky. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with guests and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling guest requests, and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience at our hotel. You will also be involved in various tasks such as assisting with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, maintaining guest records, and performing front desk related functions.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their stay
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records
Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
