Hotel Front Desk Service Representative
">About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Service Representative to join our team at Tru by Hilton Florence. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest room bookings, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Guest Room Bookings: Process reservations in-person, online, and through incoming calls, handling inquiries about available rooms, amenities, rates, and rewards programs.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome guests, resolve complaints when necessary, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping: Ensure guest accommodations are ready and maintained throughout their stay.
- Process Check-In and Check-Out: Effectively handle key distribution, room assignments, and accurate accounting of guest information.
- General Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel guest accounts.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems, with excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Weekend availability is required.
The estimated salary for this position is $13.50 per hour, offering a competitive hourly rate for experienced professionals.
