Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to collaborate with the Directors of Engineering and the Operations Process Improvement team. The primary responsibilities include:
  • Developing funding requirements for process enhancements.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive list of process improvements and layout modifications through a structured change control process.
  • Engaging with Engineering and Operations Process Improvement teams regarding the end-of-life equipment inventory.
  • Acting as the custodian and liaison with simulation development consultants.
  • Running and instructing team members on various simulation models.
  • Creating a library of data feeds for simulation models.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in developing business intelligence reporting and supervising team members for over 5 years.
  • Strong analytical modeling skills in Microsoft Excel for 5+ years.
  • A willingness to travel for onsite quarterly meetings (approximately 15%).
Preferred Qualifications
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
  • Experience with AutoMod.
  • Ability to prepare estimates for capital projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Skills in analyzing engineering design concepts and proposals for new automation equipment, processes, and facilities.
  • Strong CAD capabilities.
  • Collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of process equipment, particularly dispensing equipment.
  • Capability to develop process flow charts and maintain a library of conceptual layouts and labor models.
  • Experience in collaborative process development and improvement.
  • Proficiency in training staff on simulation models.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 suite.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is between $79,000 and $174,200 annually. This range represents the base salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience, education, and geographic location.

This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. Employees also have access to an equity award program.
