About the Role

The Executive Chef is a key leadership position at Aramark, responsible for overseeing culinary operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute culinary strategies to meet customer needs and preferences
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
