Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including scanning, verifying, and uploading vendor invoices
  • Answer multi-line phone system in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Serve as a backup for clerical and cashier duties
  • Organize and maintain files and records, including office management tasks such as ordering supplies and equipment
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including event planning and project coordination
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the trucking industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
