Bilingual Staffing Coordinator Role with Gem State Staffing

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Gem State Staffing in Idaho Falls. With a temp-to-hire position available, you will have the chance to work Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and potentially become a permanent member of our staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience in working in an office environment and providing professional customer service. A strong background in data entry, social media marketing, and administrative tasks is also preferred. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
As a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry
- Email correspondence
- Interviewing and recruiting candidates
- Payroll management
- Social media marketing
- Administrative tasks
