About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Office Coordinator to join our team at Mountain View Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing medical records, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location in Idaho Falls, ID.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  3. Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing forms.
  4. Assist with inventory management, ordering medical supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; current BLS certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, computer systems, and office equipment essential.
