TidePointe, a Vi Community, is seeking a highly accomplished professional to direct all aspects of dining services in all food and beverage operations, including Vi's care venues. The selected candidate will be part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of dining services, including food and beverage operations, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Supervise and manage a team of food service staff, including hiring, training, and motivating employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage budgets and financial reports for food and beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations and maintain current certifications.
Requirements:
- 10 years of progressive experience in quality food and beverage operations management in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company.
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgets, reporting, training, and staff management skills.
- Current state health and sanitation certification required.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation a plus.
- Possess or be willing to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) designations.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required or must be willing and able to become certified.
- Some College required; Bachelor's Degree in related field (Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business) preferred.
