Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's strategic goals, collaborating with senior management to set operational objectives and priorities.
  • Revenue Performance: Improve revenue production, develop and administer expense and quality controls, and ensure operational excellence and total quality management.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote vacation rentals and attract potential guests, coordinate sales and marketing efforts, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • People Leadership & Development: Champion the company's values, build a team environment, recruit, train, and mentor operational staff, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, and identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years management experience in hospitality/vacation rental preferred.
  • Understanding and knowledge of social media, sales and marketing techniques, web analytics, Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and direct marketing.
  • Multiple Platform Computer Excellence and mastery of MS Word, Excel, and keyboard skills.
