- Document and report hazardous conditions or unsafe practices within the work environment.
- Contribute to menu specification development, including pricing information.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to update staff on daily goals and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver team meals before and after events.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience in high-volume venues or contract foodservice.
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer and client service, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
