Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for promoting ACG products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in office events to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level support services to members related to sales and service functions, including servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, and selling travel and membership products.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
  • Cashiering Services: Provide cashiering services to members, including taking insurance payments, travel, and membership payments, sale of tickets, and travel money products, processing remittance/depository transfers, and balancing cash drawers.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and refer to agents when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to Travel and Insurance Agents during peak periods.
  • Sales Processing: Perform sales processing activities and assist management in the basic training of less senior personnel.
  • Outbound Promotional Calls: Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
  • Team Environment: Participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service following the customer service model.
  • Complaint Resolution: Receive and resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management as necessary.
  • Office Events: Participate in office events developed to generate revenue, improve member awareness of products, and support local community activities.
Requirements
  • Active State Property & Casualty License: Required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Providing high-level customer-focused service, servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, and taking payments.
  • Skills: Insurance and travel terminology, general insurance and/or travel regulations, underwriting procedures, sales regulatory and compliance guidelines, travel systems, and/or insurance systems.
